Property Scanners was born to combat the overwhelming surge of unqualified, unskilled, unprofessional self proclaimed tradesmen in Zimbabwe. Its increasingly becoming a high risk mission to build properties in Zimbabwe.

After watching online, hearting breaking situations of diaspora community loosing money in housing projects in Zimbabwe, we thought to take an action. 

While its not guaranteed that all risks will be eliminated, Property Scanners stive to minimize as much as possible risks associated with building properties.

We have put in place as many barriers as possible to make it difficult for dodgy tradesmen to scam innocent clients. 

We work with you to ensure you get as much visual details as possible at every stage of your project.

At Property Scanners, our construction photographers use high powered cameras to ensure that we capture fine details so you can rest at ease wherever you are in the world. 

We can scan at any stage of your project.

We also support tradesmen with customer relations training. This helps you so much in a case where you have complaints or disputes with your service providers. 

Property Scanners does not employ construction photographers, they are sole traders who run their own businesses. 

To protect you, prices are regulated by Property Scanners and we keep a register of our construction photographers which you can be provided upon request.
